As the title suggested, yes, I've been
away for a month!
Not too far away though -- Just to a place I call H-O-M-E.
Not so much of a relaxing time like what I thought I could have after exams.
Nonetheless, I'm still glad I'm home facing a different kind of business.
What sort of business?
None other than revamping the whole school building (Morning Star Academy) to a Christmas Dreamland! Disneyland will surely be our competition this year =]
I couldn't imagine that the new school building is so beautiful when it comes to Christmas!
The lights, the decorations, the trees and even fireplaces are part of the decoration!
But it's still so cool and so cozy! I can't even count how many trees were in the building!
Almost in every classroom and in every storey we had Christmas trees! From the little size to the extra large one in the Music Hall -- such an amazing tree!
The perfect song to describe this scenery is "I'll Be Home for Christmas".
Christmas is always a busy time, but it's always full of joy and excitement!
Even though there's lots of events lining up, the thought of celebrating with families and friends are the very thing that excites me!
I really cherish this moment to be "recharged" and to be comforted and most of all, to be united with my family and "families" back in Jakarta.
I never really felt so saddened by the thought of going back to university life that much until today. (Not counting the first time I leave Jakarta for school last year.)
When I see the festivity going on after the big celebration yesterday, it's such a joy.
Then when the students and their parents took down the class decorations on the last day of school, I feel like something is missing.
The class seems so bare! Oh my! We all miss the cozy little classrooms filled with everything!
As I said previously, many events are lining up now!
I'm mostly involve in everything, and I don't mind at all!
Drama, Dance, Concert, Miming, Singing, and presents are everywhere!
Love it a lot <3
(I'll be posting the pictures soon)
I'm counting days to be back in Singapore now.
It struck me that I am really going to miss all these happy moments of togetherness.
I've said it, and I'll say it again. I love the time spent with my family and "families" especially the MSA big family. I'm missing them all already!
I love this time of the year. This year is the best one I have ever had!--more to come though!
Christmas, the best time to be with the one you really really love.
I thank God that I can have this opportunity to spend my whole December in Jakarta.
As we all prepare to welcome the new year day, I pray that we all will be blessed throughout this festive month!
Enjoy your Christmas holiday guys!
